Law Associates Nepal (LAN) is a law firm based in Kathmandu, Nepal, with a special focus on corporate and business law, contract law, banking law, and foreign investment law. Its mission is to provide high-quality and personalized legal services counsel and litigation services to individuals as well as national and multinational corporations. LAN routinely handles large and complex commercial transactions for companies, banks, and private investors and provides services relating to negotiating agreements, drafting and examining contracts, and executing transactions.
