International Law

The growth of international law has been stupendous. It is the backbone of international relations and cooperation. LAN’s practice on international law focuses on issues related to international trade, business, and commercial laws. (LAN’s founder, Dr. Bhandari, is an authority on international trade law, especially on the World Trade Organization, and has published books and papers on WTO including Making Rules in the WTO: Free or Managed Trade and WTO and Developing Countries). As part of its international law practice, LAN advises private clients on international commercial law and cross-border business transactions.

In addition to its focus on international trade law,LAN advises the government on the ratification and implementation of international treaties. Most recently, LAN was involved in the implementation of human rights and international labor law treaties.
